Lisa has spent 32 years as a veterinary CSR, building strong relationships with clients and their pets along the way. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, caring environment and helping both people and animals feel at ease from the moment they walk in the door!  Her experience and kindness make her a trusted and familiar face at the front desk. Lisa shares her home with her teenage daughter as well as a very silly dog and 3 kitties!
